Private Classes

  • Maybe you’ve been working on an exercise in a group class for months but things aren’t clicking into place or you’re there but not in the most efficient way…a private session or two might be just what you need to link all the pathways correctly.

    Or if your personal schedule doesn’t fit with the group class times you may want to consider private classes. This can be on a one-on-one basis, or up to 3 people - so grab a friend, partner, family member and make a regular appointment to connect with yourself and one another at the studio.

INTRODUCTIONS AND ASSESSMENTS

If you are a new client interested in attending private or group classes we encourage you to come in to the studio for an assessment and introduction to Pilates or Yoga.

During the initial assessment you will complete a health questionnaire, discuss your health history and get to know your body better with some simple screening tests.

We will cover some of the fundamentals such as breathing, alignment and correct muscle activation so that you have this vital knowledge to take home and practice. From here we will decide which classes best suit you!
